What we provide

The Service walks you through a short questionnaire and uses your answers to recommend a service-business niche. After you verify your email, we send you a personalised action plan as a PDF and follow up to help you get started.

AI-generated content

Niche recommendations and the action plan are generated with assistance from large language models. They are educational guidance, not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Outcomes depend on your effort, market conditions, and many factors outside our control. Verify any specific claim before acting on it, and consult a qualified professional for regulated questions.

Email and consent

We use a double opt-in flow: you submit the form, we email you a verification link, and only after you click it do we contact you further. You can withdraw consent and ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing privacy@startabizz.com. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Submit false personal data or someone else's information without permission
• Use automated tools to spam the questionnaire or sign-up flow
• Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or break the Service
• Resell or republish the action plan or recommendations as your own product

Intellectual property

The Service, the catalog of niches, the questionnaire design, the action-plan template, and all branding belong to The Discipline Group. The personalised recommendations and action plan generated for you are yours to use to build your own business. You keep full ownership of the answers you provide.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the recommendations will result in business success, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that any specific niche will fit your situation perfectly.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Discipline Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under Danish or EU law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought before the Danish courts. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you keep the statutory protections of your country of residence.
